The AFOA Atlantic Annual Fall Conference, will take place on November 26 and 27, 2025 at the Delta Dartmouth! This event is designed for finance employees, human resources managers and public administration staff in the Atlantic region.
Pre-conference workshops will be held on November 25 from 8:15 AM – 4 PM. Delegates will select a workshop on either of the following topics:
Conflict Resolution and Mediation: This full-day introductory workshop equips participants from Indigenous communities with practical conflict resolution and mediation skills, grounded in self-awareness, respectful communication, and a trauma-informed approach. Participants will learn how to address workplace and community conflicts in ways that build trust, strengthen relationships, and meet legislative responsibilities.
Microsoft Co-Pilot: This workshop explores the practical usage of Microsoft 365 Copilot across Microsoft 365 apps, demonstrating how to streamline workflow and increase productivity. Learning outcomes include identifying and applying the key features of Microsoft 365 Copilot for each MS 365 application, understanding how Microsoft 365 Copilot integrates with Teams to provide a centralized hub for work-related information. and utilizing it’s AI capabilities.
